I like the fact that it is so small and convenient, but the negative aspects really seem to overpower this one positive one. For starters there is not display, so as the name states you are literally left to shuffle through all the songs to find one you would like to hear. Also, it only holds 240 songs. Since they are running aroung $80 to $100 and there is no display for these songs I really don't see the point in purchasing one. You might as well cough up the extra $150 and get the real deal. But, like i said earlier, as usual Apple's advertising skills are right on target with the commerical where the person is putting on the shirt over and over then hooking on the Shuffle.

Re: Apple iPod Shuffle Silver 1GB (2nd Generation)

1 GB USB storage cost about RM70 at Low Yat...so that leaves just above RM300 for the player parts and the rest...mann... so expensive. Even the players also nowadays very cheap... I guess you are paying for Apple brand name. You get what you pay for I guess. :)

Re: Apple iPod Shuffle Silver 1GB (2nd Generation)

Liew,

I am not a big fan of shuffle, due to the fact that theres no display.

Re: Apple iPod Shuffle Silver 1GB (2nd Generation)

I think it is more stylish and tiny...
