don't know about you..as for me every time I travel I'll get sick(fever, flu, cough and etc) ..that's why I don't like to travel... it's not because lack of exercise...I exercise regularly every week (play tennis almost every day) but still if I travel, I get sick either the at the place where I travel to or after coming back...as long as I stay at my place I won't get sick easilly...it's still a mystery to me :-) .....
