    I think I'm going to look around at the PC Fair in Penang(08/8/08). If there is something new, portable and is great beneficial to me, maybe I'll buy one. Also maybe I can meet new IT friend there...hehe...

    I am also looking for a laptop. Will watch out for your purchase and catch the PIKOM fair in Penang next week.

    Why do you need both a NAS and a Ext HDD? Shouldn't all backup go on the NAS?

    @lilian: don't think can get girlfriend at PC Fair. :P I thought you just bought a laptop last year or so? Buy another laptop again?
    @Benjamin: NAS for daily backup and file sharing. Ext HDD for Mac's Time Machine that does not support NAS.

    I just bought the Apple iMac 24″ 2.8GHz for $970USD plus free printer/scanner
    and a dell lappy for just $399 and they throw in a free Printer /scanner plus a 2g thumbdrive..

    Dell made in msia but costs so much in msia...go figure!!!

    Yeah, is there any good deal, for portable gadget there? In Penang, we are going to start PC Fair this Friday, insyaAllah. Any suggestion LcF for me to lookout?

    @vantuz: I never goto JB pcfair yet. I suppose KL pcfair is the biggest and most interesting. Plus, i can visit my sister who is working in KL.

    @AhTim: you can get cheap notebook, printer, flash drives, mp3/4/5, external storage, and other accessories at pc fair.

    @ksoleh: I think you can get good deal on external hard drives at pc fair. As well as the printers and notebook.
