In this age and time, computer mags/books tend to go obsolete a month into print. The Internet has changed how information is transferred to the masses. It's now the almost absolute latest update in realtime.
Previously, I too use to buy computer mags. However, it never was for research or learning something... mostly for keeping myself awake during MRT commutes :)
@LcF : hey... do you know what's the recommended number of post needed to start earning from AdSense? Can you estimate. How many post do you have here?
@Jaynier: There is no specific amount for you to start earning with Adsense. Just pick your niche, post regularly and submit your blog to web directories and search engines. Then the earnings will start to come in :D
