What I mean by this is that Vista, and XP at one time, had limitations on slightly dated software. XP worked out most of the bugs withing 6 months. Vista seems to be turning their back on the consumer, so Dell, Gateway and most other PC distrinuters are shipping the systems with the latest OS. This means that the general public are treated like cattle, being force fed a system that has major compatability issues. The windows update just make my laptop messy. I was happy to see that Microsoft came up with Vista after 5 years of launch of xp.
